Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product or flavor, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get your preferred product as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@vitaminfood.com with photos of the damage. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund right away—no need to return the product.

Can I return an opened product?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are defective or damaged. If you received a defective product, please contact us with photos and we’ll resolve the issue immediately.

Who pays for return shipping?

We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns, so you don’t have to pay for return shipping. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we cannot reimburse those costs.
